Neighborhood Pools, Inc.   Owners Joe Williams and wife Stephanie Washington--No license--left me with a defective pool.  No experience in marciting pools.  Created 8 leaks due to careless workmanship--shoddy equipment.  After receiving his payment from me, no more returning to rectify the  problems that he created--burned lawn, broken pipes in pool, no diamond brite material used that was paid, stains left in pool.  62 unanswered phone calls.  $5,000 in damages to brick pavers and $800 unnecessary water bills.  A total of $12,000 in damages...............
