I called tech support from the Netgear website. I had started a firmware upgrade on my router and immediately my computer froze. Tech support shuffled my call around and after an hour I was sure I would have to wipe my hard drive because it wasn't responding. The tech finally came on and remotely set up my router and my computer was fine

what a scam they will issue a refund or I am sueing them!
