Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I went online to improve my local visibility, as a reference off another site - blog. These folks are supposed to be a data aggregator from what I read. After I booked the yearly subscription, for $297.00 I called them several times. Every time whether it be sales or support, no one answers and some guys voice comes on (same voice) saying no one is available. Obviously, a one man show and no one to speak to, also after checking my charges online, they charged me 2X the $297.00. Be very careful about what you read about SEO type folks, alot of these folks are shams and snake oil sales man.

After filing this report, the company called me back - agreeing that they should have on their site that they answer calls within 2 business days. I will trust them for what they have explained and see what happens.
