New Zealand Manuka Bioactives Limited They Quickly Took My Money But Never Sent My Product.... Internet

I purchased 100% Pure Manuka Oil with Low Aroma on Oct.2nd 2015 (receipt no: 3662-6814-0685-2673). On Oct. 5th 2015, $31.64 (the price of product) was deducted from my bank account, which confirms my order was received.
It is now Nov. 7th 2015. My product has still not arrived. I sent emails on 10/22, 10/28 and 11/03 in an attempt to correspond with someone from New Zealand Manuka Bioactives Limited as to the issue with my order. NOBODY ever responded.
