Hi Friends,

I am not an employee of NGTECH, but i worked for NGTECH for one project for 1 month in 2008. NGTECH has to pay my company. Till date my company didn't receive any payment from NGTECH. Called them( Sales dept, Accounting Dept, Headquaters etc.) several times, they used to take calls till Aug, 2009 starting but after that they stopped taking calls. Last time I talked to Lalit in Apr 2009. He said he will pay be in next 2 months, but he didn't paid anything. No response to the voicemails whatsoever.

Lalit if you find this wrong, please email me I would like to talk to you.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I am the General Counsel for Next Generation Corporation Inc, and I noticed some disparaging comments our Company and its Executives on this blog under "Report: Next Generation Technology". One of the regrettable consequences of the Internet's anonymity is the desire of a few unethical individuals to try and disparage others when they don't agree without taking responsibility for their statements. The initial success we have experienced at Next Generation has engendered more than a little envy in some quarters. After a full and complete review of our records, we cannot find anyone who fits the description of allegations under this Report. If anyone has a valid claim against the Company, he or she should come forward and disclose his or her identity so we can review his or her file, or he or she can contact our office and ask to talk to our General Counsel.

We recognize that it is difficult to rid any blog of all the cowardly negativity that arises from a few irresponsible souls. We also realize that it is impossible for us to respond adequately to these individuals who do not seek a balanced legitimate exchange of views. As a company actively involved in the negotiation of contracts valued in the tens of millions of dollars and currently performing under numerous contracts and projects worth tens of millions of dollars, we think that it would be a waste of the Company's time and resources to try to respond to every anonymous defamatory comment in the blogosphere. However, we have asked our legal team and our outside attorneys to review the situation and take immediate appropriate actions and hold everyone involved liable for economic damages and punitive damages in courts of competent jurisdiction. We intend to relentlessly and vigorously sue everyone found to be the author or facilitator of these disparaging comments.

At Next Generation Technology, we are proud of our US and global focus on new technologies and our corporate goal of making technology work for US companies and for developing economies of the world. We are also proud for giving opportunities to thousands and thousands of IT Consultants who have worked or are still working for the Company, regardless of their of race, nationality, gender or the color of their skin. We have always taken time and certainnly will always take time to answer any genuine allegation from any real person who seeks a settlement of a valid claim. Thus far, all the negative comments on this Blog against Next Generation Technology Inc are totally false, unfounded and constitute grounds for legal actions in courts for damages. We are in the process of discovering the identities of individuals responsible for these defamatory postings.

In order to avoid imminent lawsuits, anyone making or having made such postings is urged to cease and desist, and to permanently delete all their postings against the Company.
