On 08-19-2012 Nolan Transportation ordered 5 step deck trucks to pick up over sized loads in New Iberia Louisiana to go to Houston Texas. I sent 4-48ft step decks and 1-53ft step deck. Nolan Transportation did not specify that the trailers needed to be 53ft. One of my trucks was used and the other four were turned away. Reed Rogers said that he would pay the 4 trucks that were turned away truck ordered not used. He only paid truck ordered not used for one of my trucks and not the other three.
