Nordshoe Overcharging for work not performed. Bay Village, Ohio

I brought in a pair of very high quality mens dress shoes to have the leather sole on one of them glued back when it began separating. When I went to pick it up, they claimed to have stitched it when they very obviously did not, and overcharged me for it. The unperformed stitch job. It was about double the fair market rate for a stitching, and when I confronted them about it, they became defensively hostile and claimed it was "internal" stitching. This is complete BS, I told them so, paid what I thought was fair for a glue job and left.

Stay away from this store, they're lying cheats.
