I ordered from this individual and specifically asked if I would receive the products before Christmas. She sent me an e-mail stating I would. She notified me today that I would not receive the items and refused to refund my money so I could purchase gifts for my family from some where else. Who does that during Christmas?

She had the nerve to ask if you wanted her product after all of this? I had a negative experience with a seller and I did finally get my product but it left me so angry that I don't even feel good about giving this product as a gift now. Every time I look at it, I have negative feelings about the whole experience.
There are so many awesome sellers that sell bath and body products. If it were me, I would seek out another seller who is more ethical.

Yes isn't it absolutely amazing? The out pouring of support from Etsy was simply amazing. The people on that website are the sweetest people that I have never met personally. I sent Norma an e-mail requesting my money back. She then sent me an e-mail asking me if I really wanted my money back or did I want the product?????? I sent her another e-mail telling her that I definitely want my money back. Suffice it to say she has yet to respond. We will see if I have to take her to court or not. She has until tomorrow for me to make up my mind. What I would like to do is get that money back and split it between the people on Etsy who came through for me. Again we will see.

It's great that so many Etsy sellers reached out to you. It is the season for giving to others and I think many felt very sad that Norma could not put herself in your place. Had the tables been turned, I'm sure she wouldn't be happy if she did her holiday shopping with handmade sellers and ended up not having gifts for her family. I also highly recommend you file a paypal dispute and contact them with all of the emails she sent you so you can get your money back.

So I was told about the bashing on Etsy. I went to the site to discuss the situation and the out pouring of support was simply overwhelming! People that are in similar business as Norma, offered to send me what ever they could at no cost to me to help me replace the gifts she did not provide. I am in awe and the Etsy community has a buyer for life! I cannot believe it, ETSY rocks.
Think I should thank Norma?

Check the thread out on Etsy. There are many bath and body sellers who feel bad for you and would love a chance to help you out. Check out this thread on Etsy. I'm sure you can find someone who can help you replace those Christmas gifts that Norma didn't fulfill.

She called me a Fruit Cake!

I informed this woman that I posted my experience with her on this website and she called me a fruitcake. Now once again I specifically asked her if I would get my product from her before Christmas and she said yes. I placed this order on the eighth of this month. I e-mailed her three times before I got a response. She responded today, five days before Christmas to tell me you are not getting your product by Christmas and I am not refunding your money! But I am a fruitcake. Really! I have cancelled my order and I just want my money back.
