Northern Septic Service ripoff! They did not complete their work. They were rude too. We want our money back. Monroe New York

Due to sewege backing into house. We called Northern Septic they refused to return and complete the work. They were very verberly nasty and arogant to me and my family. My mother has since died. The job cannot be done because of lack of funds. I would like a refund of $5,000.00 to include 3,898.42 for excavation which had to done.

I have exhauted all of my money and I'm currently on active duty as I was when we met with Northern Septic. Northern septic promised to me was that they would the job and knew that my mother had numerous appointments due to her illness. They were told to do the work on weekends when my sister and brother was home. Not before.
