 On or about April 16, 2016 I entered into a written contract for a loan modification. I deposited $3200 out of $4000 into various bank accounts for North star Financial. I never got the loan modification, nor did they refund my money. I am being forced to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy to keep my home. Please help me! Thank you.
