Npc International unjust and unfair treatment Montgomery Alabama

I was terminated october of 2007 because I didnt retaliate against a co-worker that sucker punched me I wasnt even expect he would do anything like that.The manager at the time was Cristi,That I heard was terminated for company theft at another store told me that another employee told her I prevoke him to hit me.This is how it went down I was folding boxes for take out pizza's and a pizza was up in the window to put in a box,He started yelling at me and asking why couldnt I get it and I told him I was folding boxes and he was standing around watching it come up why couldnt he do it.I continued to fold boxes when the young man slugged me,hard enough to knock my ear piece out of my ear and my glasses off.I was told to write in my own words a report I told the manager I would ask some legal advice before I do this,Meanwhile they wouldnt let me have the young mans address so I could put a warrant for his arrest.The next thing I know I was told to contact the manager but she was never there so the asst manager told me over the phone that I was terminated per christi the manager.I guess she didnt want to do thisI worked for another Pizza Hut under another manager who I enjoyed working for.This is another reason I came back to work for this company.These people will let anyone manage a store,So much steaaling going on,I dont see how this company is still in business.there is so much more I can add.Not enough room!!!!!
