This is how the system works. They have a rank system set up. In order to rank up, you need to obtain the following points. Here are The ranks:

• Distributor - Starting position
• Leader - Need to obtain 50 points 2 weeks in a row
• Elite Leader - Need to obtain 60 points 2 weeks in a row
• Platinum Leader - Need to obtain 70 points 3 weeks in a row
• Diamond Leader - Need to obtain 80 points 4 weeks in a row
• Rhino Leader - Need to obtain 90 points 5 weeks in a row

Other than the ranking system above, they have another system that promises each individual distributor their own "branch office". Please be advised, it is a scam. You will not get a branch, and I will explain why. In order to "obtain" your own branch here is what you need to do:

• As a Leader - Train 3 distributors into leaders which turns you into a Team Leader
• As a Team Leader - Train 2 distributors into leaders which turns you into an ABM
• As an Assistant Branch Manager - Be trained for "6 months", in order to obtain your own branch
• Branch Manager - You obtain your own  "branch", which will never happen

Now I will explain how the scam system works:

• They induce you to the idea that they will give you, your own personal branch
• They push you to become a leader in order for you to get that "branch you really want!".
• They will falsely claim that they will be opening a new branch soon and now is your chance!
• Once you become a leader, they will put new distributors under you for training purposes
• Once they have over 4-5 leaders, they will fire the older leaders with false accusations and encourage the new distributors to become leaders
• Now they cant open the new branch they promised because the office is out of leaders
• The truth is, the company is using you for profit purposes and never intends on opening new branches
  

Wait it does not end here! This company has a contract with Comcast. They offer 2 types of bundle services. 89 Alchemy, and 109 Alchemy. Here is how they steal your money:

• Once you obtain customers they pay you 2 weeks after installation
• After your customers are installed, this company will claim that the your customers CANCELED the orders
• The Company wont pay you until you make them 1000$ in deals
• Once you have over 1000$ in deals, the company will steal your money and claim your check has not yet been sent by the main office

The matter the fact is, this company will have you working for FREE. After you become a leader they will keep you for a couple of weeks, then FIRE you. They will FIRE old leaders and replace them with NEW leaders. Its a system created only to benefit the company owners. The branch managers and business owners are all RELATED and long term FRIENDS! Do not be FOOLED by the crooks running the company!
