after cancelling my account, and waiting near a month to be refunded, i called three times and each time their CS says: deposit will be refunded in 5 days", one more time they said:"24 hours" and the last one they said:" 120 days".. they will take 120 day to refund my deposit , when i even asked to speak to a superior , they declined, i regret having such a poor service .
