NWA Volkswagen Hunt Auto Group consumer fraud Rogers, Arkansas

I worked at NWA Volkswagen and during the time I was there I witnessed customers being sold Zurich Shield protection for their new cars that they either didn't receive or only partialy received.This service costs around $800 and is designed to protect a vehicles interior and exterior.I was instructed to just apply it to the trunk,top,and hood so,as per instructions by the Detail Manager,that's what I did.I later learned by a rep from Zurich Shield that the car was supposed to be done inside and out. When I said something about it I was labeled a whistle blower and confrontations insued.I did not know at the time I was ripping anyone off but I know now.Beware!
