But after reading your stories I will without further adue refinance. wow I can only offer my condolences to you all for the troubles that they have caused you.

I can tell you this ...SEND YOUR INFORMATION TO BILL ORIELLY FOX NEWS...This guy thrives on scams of this nature and the nastier they get the harder he fights them... it would be a good idea.. good luck. and again thank you for the information you provide for others to make educated decisions.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

New Century and Ocwen are lovers. Be careful, Greg

AUTHOR: Marlene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 09, 2003

Greg,
Your story is mine. I did it last year with New century too. They took a few weeks to change the loan number and hide, by doing so, their CACA thing (read RICO). New Century says that Ocwen has "superior servicing cpabilities" (..pause to laugh...), and Ocwen proclaims itself an "State-Of-The-Art Servicing Platform" (...another pause to laugh....) I'm sorry.

They have a lot of experience working together their way into all known deceptive practices. I advise you to call Ocwen and ask writen information about the transfer ( WARNING: they will tell you they don't know anything about it because they only do the "servicing" for your loan).

Then, call New Century and ask them the original documents (copies) of your loan, and writen details of the sale to Ocwen

(WARNING: They will tell you they don't know them because they already sold it to Ocwen). That should ring a very loud ring. This is necessary because they love FORGERY and DECEIT and might have documents you don't know about with your signature in them.

You got to be patient with Ocwen's Customer Service since they will not know how to tell you they don't know anything. New Century reps are more assertive, fresh, bold, and arrogant and will try to get rid of you as fast as possible (these will save you time). Follow your calls with Certified letters and keep record for yourself.

Then, before trying to refi pay for a title search or/and send your Title's Insurance to your State Department of Insurance if you want privacy (Ocwen buys Insurance companies and as many legal firms it can with our hard earned money).

If everything goes OK for you and you have proof of all payments, go ahead and refi YESTERDAY. But be careful because some investor might be waiting for your beloved and promised property at a discounted price, particularly if your house is in a nice area with big equity or potential for it.

If you have all it takes to do the movement don't stop your monthly payments to Ocwen, if you can secure proof for this payments STAT. Act like if you are not refinancing at all and continue giving pieces of meat (read dollars) to the hungry beast(read Ocwen).

Get ready for surprises. I wish you very good lock! In my case, I decided not to refi at all. At the beginning, I wanted to make extra payments to the principal since vile New Century gave me an ARM with a prepayment penalty; but I changed my mind when I realized their plans with my property.

See, I don't even know if they are crediting my minimum payments to my account. They say they do; but I am not going to believe them since I have been lied to many times.

A word of advise:Never trust what they tell you, not even in letters from them. Report the interest you pay to the IRS yourself (they might not be doing it).

Also check your Homeoner's Insurance (they buy agents and do tricks to force false and expensive insurance on your property) They do all they can to hurt you. Believe me, that couple is the worst.

Read as many reports as you can and learn to deal with those thieves if at the end you decide to stand the heat. One way or another, keep us posted. I am particularly interested because our situation is similar.

Never afraid of Despicable Ocwen and Vile New Century.
