oncedriven.com They failed to refund my fee for advertising my car, they could not sell it, they promised a refund if i sold it myself in less than 45 days

Oncedriven claimed they could sell my car or refund my advertising fee if i sold it myself before the 45 day guarantee. I sold the car myself without their help in less than the 45 days. I filed for the refund and have received only false promises of the refund.

I have contacted the "so called" account manager Donna Cannaday and she has only given me excuses and lies, has even told me that my refund had been approved but that was several months ago.
