purchased a cruise certificate for $15. certificate got lost in mail & one stop travels refuses to issue new certificate unless i pay another $15! they have proof of my payment & claim to have proof that certificate was mailed. I never received certificate. why should i pay again for something i didn't receive the first time. the document should've been sent where a signature would be required for delivery. they have proof the mailed it, likely story!
