The person Steve Ropas used art of incessant persuasion to get 2500 USD for the new shares in a real state business called Oracle Enterprises Inc. He obtained the cash in October 2004 to close the deal in Decemeber 2004. More than 50 phone calls to his numbers going unresponded and nine months later there is no information about where the money is.
This person originally came off a bigger con company called Richmond Globals using crime of Persuasion to get subscribers money in fraudulent foreign exchange business already under investigation by feds.
