I have tried to remove my e-mail address from the relentless advertising spam messages that this abusive company has been sending. They have no regard for anyone's personal wishes and spam my computer at least 5-8 times per day. What a despickable way to treat consumers. This is a boiler room operation and should be investigated for their disregard of privacy.

First of all, I deal with HSBC / Orchard and have never had a problem with them.
You are most likely not being spammed by HSBC, but a third party marketer.
Second, you need to elaborate on EXACTLY how they "spam" your computer.
Are you talking about pop ups?
Are you talking about email?
Third, what methods have you used to stop the "spam"?
It appears that you are not very internet/computer saavy, and really don't understand exactly what is happening with your computer.
Please give us the requested info so we can help educate you.
