Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have a huge gripe. I was solicited by a "manager" by the name of Manuel Cortez. First off, this "manager" would not disclose how he got my information. More importantly when I asked him for his department of real estate information he would not disclose. He became very evassive and then changed his tune that he was "following up" for a licensed loan officer.
Isnt it illeagle for these so-called mortgage professionals to be practicing in such manner?? Isnt this part of the reason why we are in this mortgage mess?
Don't let this inexperienced company handle your financing. Make sure the person is qualified...I did..and he wasnt!!
