22548 Pacific Coast Highway Malibu Outrigger Condos, have a mold problem in the Building, and as per California's SB 732 law & California Realtors rules state that ALL RENTERS, & OWNERS BE NOTIFIED in writting of the mold found. That is being hidden & not disclosed in complete disregard for the laws & rules to renters tenants nor perspective buyers.
