When I contacted the site by its contact form, a sales person replied me by email (Kevin), who then quoted my requested online reputation management service and solved a few doubts, but then he requested that the complete payment (US$500) should be done upfront throug Western Union, so they can start the service.
After I made the payment by Western Union, the service never was given and there were no more replies to my emails.
It is a scam Site.
