I paid a $97.00 registration fee, to become a work-at-home refund processor. After receiving confirmation that the payment had processed succesfully through the bank, I could not download the materials, i.e. Training Manual, Quick Tracer Software, HUD Refund Reciepient List. I e-mailed the company a couple of times, with no response, and never heard any more of the $97.00 registration fee.
