Product ordered in February. Shipping information was never sent. Numerous e-mails were sent with no reply from owner. Calls were made that went straight to voice mail, with no return calls. Product never arrived.

Requested a full refund, however there was no reply to my request.

If you find yourself in this situation, I encourage you to make a complaint to discourage others from falling in to this trap. Report the issue to your bank to receive a refund.
