I ordered a paper clip holder on December 27, 2014. I paid for it and I received a confirmation email. I received an email saying the item had shipped on January 7, 2015. I have called several times since February 7, 2015 and I have sent emails inquiring about the product and no one has called me back or responded.

I'm very frustrated with this company. Any decent company would at least return a customer's call. Do not buy anything from this company. I found several other reports of this company doing the same thing to other people.
