Palmer Financial Inc is a Fraud Company and Website. They advertise as "CPA's" BUT they are NOT. They tell you its common practice to charge upfront, then they have no obligation to do much after that. Many people have been ripped off by this tactic, then they have move their office to start over. Why doesn't anyone crack down on this SCAM.
