Paragon Builders USA, owned by Brian Routt of O'Fallon Mo., replaced several roofs in Arvada, Colorado. Several of his customers have had leaks and some of the roofs failed to meet code. Routt refused to make the needed repairs to the leaking roofs and to bring the roofs to code. Consequently, numerous of his customers have had to hire different contractors to repair their roofs, subsequent plaster damage, and paint repair. Furthermore, some of Routt's victims are elderly and veteran's.

This report was brought to my attention recently regarding Paragon Builders USA and my business practices in the Denver area during 2009 storms. This report was filed by a disgruntled employee or someone wishing to slander a person and company of good standing. Paragon Builders performed over 150 jobs in approximately 6 months with only 4 customers complaints of which all were completely resolved and satisfied. Paragon Builders USA has and will always stand behind their services, warranties and product warranties. Paragon HAS NEVER REFUSED to make repairs or perform work per local codes. The were no roofs or any repairs that did not pass inspections or that were not completed per contracts with any of our homeowners. You get what you pay for. Do you home work check a roofing companies BBB record. If your not paying enough money for your roof, your getting ripped off.
Cheap= leaks.
