A company on the internet advertises a cream called Parisian Glow offering a "free" sample for a shipping charge of $4.95. One you order the sample, they charge your credit card and additional $89.95 for a product you never receive.  If you dispute the charge with them, a semi-literate customer service "rep" argues that there was "fine print in the ad saying you agree to purchase the product if you don't reply within 14 days of receiving the free sample."  I ordered the free sample for my 84 year old mother.  It does nothing.  No where in the ad did I see anything about agreeing to purchase the product if not cancelling within 14 days. 

I have disputed the $89.95 charge with my bank which is well aware of this firm's practices. This company is fraudulently charging cards for products that don't ship and falsely adversting a "free" product.  I plan to file formal fraud charged against them with the Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission.  The company that charged my credit card is listed in Colorado.
