Pat Keans Friendly Ford Ford Forged my signature and made up new paperwork and signed / forged me up for an annual percentage rate that I DID NOT AGREE TO! Roselle ILLINOIS

 Before you go any further, are you 100% sure that the document you have accused them of forging was ACTUALLY forged? Have you seen a copy of the paperwork in question? You have made a VERY serious accusation here. One that by Law will include jailtime. So before you go any further make sure YOU are in the right. I would hate to think that your situation was that you didnt recieve a copy of it and end up putting people in jail due to a lack of due diligance on your part. That would suck for the person you are claiming forged your signature. So get a copy of the form and see if the signatures match, if they do then you just didnt get a copy of the form and all this drama is for naught.

If the signatures match then there isnt anything you can do. if they dont match, then I would take this to your states AG because it would be fraud on multiple levels. If they do match however, are you going to be human enough to admit the mistake and apologize?? The reason I ask this is that RoR doesnt remove ANY report EVER!!! SO now that you have made it, its on the web until the zombie apocolypse. AN apology would show that its was a misunderstanding and you jumped teh gun and made this report.

Im all for putting CRIMINALS where they belong, but I am ALSO a advocate for innocent parties. How would YOU feel if someone from a lack of ONE piece of paperwork had you arrested and thrown in jail? YOU would have given them a FALSE criminal record and thats with them for thier life. Please do your part FIRST!!! This way YOU are also protected. There is a few laws on the books that allow for a citizen who has been wrongly arrested and convicted to go after the parties that did that to them.
