I am 27 years of age and about a year ago I got a pay day loan and was unable to pay it back at that time. A man from Patrick Corbett/southern tier agency called me at my place of employment and said that they were filing fraud on me for 2 different issues. They said I would be in rea deep if i didn't pay by a certain date. I got scared and put paying my rent aside to pay this debt off right away. They said they would bring it down almost 400.00 to make it easier on me. I gave them my debit card info and when I saw it posted on my online banking I got curious so I looked up the agency and found all this fraud information and complaints....

and you can sue them to win double the interest you paid on this illegal loan!
You can check it out at the website for the NYS AG.
They would have been foolish to sue you in NY because your countersuit would have been for double the interest you paid.
Remember this in the future.
