This rebuttal is to Vanessa who seems to have taken it upon her self to defend my namesake against a man she claims is a monster. I am Melanie, the woman who she refers to and I honestly take offense to her tactic of using my name in order to smear Paul. This girl has never met me and also obviously knows nothing of my relationship with Paul whom I've known now for almost 10 years. Paul never was and is now nothing like what this girl claims him to be. On the contrary, I've stayed friends with Paul even after we stopped dating a few years back and now call Paul my best friend. The things claimed in this rant against Paul are simply not true and she offers no evidence for any of it apart from her claims. Sadly, she has seen fit to use this website which is designed to uncover fraudulent businesses and expose them, instead to rant against someone she briefly dated simply out of spite because he left her. Knowing Paul, I also know that he had good reasons to stop seeing this girl—her obsessive nature and emotional volatility was too much for him and he got out before it was to late.  

This is the rip off report,not a dating website in which to warn women of a certain suiter.Need I say more...

My name is also Paul Guerra. I found out about this report after a friend of mine stumbled upon it and mentioned it to me. The fact is that I am from San Antonio, I live in Chicago and the phone number listed also matches mine, however, I do not know any person named "Soki". Complicating matters even further is the incongruity I noticed between the two names they use to identify themselves by: in the text they sign their name as Soki but the name listed in their update is Melanie. Also, they update their information by changing the last name of the person from Guerra to Guerro. Really, when it comes to reporting such a serious matter as being scammed, should any person be taken seriously at all if they can't even keep the names straight?

More importantly, I find it odd that the individual above makes such incriminating claims about me but then fails to offer any substantial proof or even indicate the nature of the actual business matter I'm said to have scammed them on. In fact no specifics of any kind are offered whatsoever: no date of the supposed scam, no indication of the amount of money supposedly stolen, no information regarding the type of business I'm supposed to have wanted to start with them nor even the legitimate name and any relevant information about the victim is offered here. In fact, no factual evidence or legitimate proof to support their claim is offered by them at all!

Now I would think that if this was actually a legitimate claim that specifics would be given and the victim would have included as much relevant information as possible about the nature of the offense. What we find here on the contrary is a complete lack of any pertinent information being offered that would lend even modest support to the claim that they were scammed by me or that I'm a drug addict, alcoholic, and am physically abusive to women.

With that said, it becomes pretty evident that there is a hidden agenda going on here and the real reasons motivating this person to file their report are something other than this seemingly noble gesture of alerting the public about the deceptive nature of my character. Whatever their private agenda may be, their hope to cheapen and defame my name with these baseless claims could only work by preying on the fears of the reader. But let the reader beware: whoever this person may be, it is they who are practicing deception here and the victim they are counting on conning is you.

I feel bad for every woman who comes in contact with this man. I met Paul while he was still living with Melanie and working at the Art Institute as a figure model. He was open about her supporting him financially and not wanting to marry her. I am sorry to her for adding to the pain she has probably suffered a million times over due to this man. He is an abusive manipulative man who will lie to your face and claim that he loves you (but he loves anyone who feed, house and validate him as well as support his propositions and have a vagina.) He pitched his first plan to me called Naughty House Maids, and asked me to be one of the erotic maids for his company. After seeing my reaction he wrote it off as a joke but he in fact did attempt this plan for a short while. Then after Melanie moved away and he cut off some other chick he was leaching off of he moved on to me, commandeering everything all the while using the same previous women and others he had met along the way for admiration, validation, and free meals. Then he started pitching ideas about building tables and furniture designs. I wasted money on a shitty uneven table he built me which took him forever to do and he never finished. I would over hear him on his phone talking with other women about his plans to make money with these designs... the man is a pitiful waste of talent, totally overrun by an evilness inside himself. He lies to and uses the ones closest to him. I had to cut him out of my life because he became aggressively abusive towards me and completely ripped apart my life and broke my spirit. What kind of man uses women and loathes them for being "less evolved" ...as he would say.

He is a weak man and he is, has or will use you. Let him go.

What exactly did this business scam entail? What was the service offered/promised?
