Paypal - PayPal Credit Card Plus get aproblem straighten out paid paypal instead of paypal creditcardplus and it has taken 3 days to get even close to getting it straightened out El Paso Texas

I accidentally paid PayPal and not my Pay Pal Credit Card Plus. I have been on the phone for hours with pay pal trying to get it straight. No one can speak good english and they have transfered me or hung up on me. I finally figured out to transfer the money back to my bank from paypal and then to my credit card but it says it takes 3-4 days. Stupid,.......
I only found out I paid wrong when I tried to buy something and it was rejected. embarrassing and they went up to 25% on my Crdeit card. S**t.
Just what a person needs.......
Anyone know how to spek to someone here iin the U.S.?

Don't call that 1-800 number because it is not PayPal but some company trying to make money off people mistakenly dialing that number. My wife dialed it and had to fight to get the charge off the phone bill. The correct number is 1-888-221-1161
