PayPower visa debit cards useless, incompetant and a waste of time to use this card. card NOT ACCEPTED every where. could NOT PAY SOME OF MY BILLS WITH THIS CARD. The staff can not even send a simple email to the consumer. Pleasanton, California

Please do not use the cards from PayPower. Could not use this card to pay several of my bills. it took two days just to activate this card when i first bought from the store. Than the card in the mail took 2 weeks and I can not activate this card. I called customer service so many many times and could not get a simple email from them. Nothing they do works. please do not waste your time or money.
