Ordered 3 PC Microsoft Office/Student, received "activation key" but unable to download. Confirmation says customer service available 24/7 via phone, chat or for immediate assistance to email. I did all three several times--unable to even get into chat, phone message says busy (started calling at midnight!!!) and no responses to e-mails.
