On August 15th I ordered the product and received confirmation via e-mail. They took the money from my account and have not responded to my e-mails nor my phone calls. I have still as of September 21, not received the product or a refund. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. This is rediculous and someone should air a commercial warning people they are a big rip off!
