PediPaws! horrible horrible experience! they Steal your money First off I was charged incorrectly and they added an additional 15.00 to the order.. when I went to the store the night of buying it on line, hmm what do i see at Walgreens, PediPaws, for 20.00 so I buy it there, I go home, call PediPaws to cancel the order, but amazingly they don't have my order! they can't find it, but told to call back because its a new order and wont show up that night, although i had the conf email with a conf #! .. So i do the next day, still cant' find it, day after cant' find it- they can't find my order number, my card that I put it on to purchase, nothing..
AMAZINGLY a few days later, they charged my card! how they found that number and nothing else seems fishy bc they are liars!! So with seeing this I call them again, for the 5th time, told them what happened they are still telling me they can't find my order! How can you not get an attitude problem at this point.. they are now lying to me bc they have something on file and they CHARGED MY CARD when they were told to CANCEL the order days before that! another call that got me no where.
In anycase, I call again, spoke to the SAME supervisor I've talked with thru out this time..tells me to send my info to the corporate office, i do this thinking ok good this will get me some where... She now finds the order and tells me its in processing and being sent out.. after she re-assured me last wk, that sending my info to coporate will get my order refunded and there will be no further problems. So not only was that ANOTHER LIE, but they are telling me I have to wait to get the pedipaws order and then send in back for a refund in 7-10days... with some RMA number that she gave to me! not only is this a huge scam, this has got to stop! this Rep sorry SUPERVISOR told me they have no documentation on this that I called or anything.. however I kept my documentation showing when and who I spoke with each time... I did warn them that I was going to file with the BBB and she laughed on the phone.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this with the BBB involved. some action has got to take place here... based on the reports that were filed against this idoit company of theirs maybe we can all get our refunds back!
