Early September, I Tried to order one item using their 800 number in the TV advertisement for PediPaws nail trimmer. I could not deny additional offers from automated telephone sales pitch!

My credit card then billed on 9/9/2008 for additional items! No way of contacting TeleBrands! I repeatedly tried to reach a Custoner Service representative by dialing zeroes!

Instead of billing $19.99 + S&H fir one nail trimmer, Tel*Brand charged my credit card in the amount of $50.96!
I was informed that it will take 6+ weeks to receive 'whatever' it was that I ended up ordering!
I'll be surprised if they are in business for 6+ weeks!!!
