Very rude,arrogant, demanding staff.
Harrassment atmy job which I thought was illegal!
Charging late and/ or over the limit fees when not true, Fraud
Never acknowledging early payments, over the required amt paymentsor even dble payments.
Get the run around when try to call company tocheck on these practices. Even deny they happen when I have written proof of payment received.
Increasing annual percentage rate without any notice or explanation. Again the run around when try to call company for explanation.
