Peoples Choice Heating & Cooling overcharge & refuse to return excess payment ripoff Oak Creek Wisconsin

A contract was signed for the replacement and installation of a furnace and air conditioning. A specific amount was agreed upon.
The payment was more than the amount agreed upon.
When I discovered the overcharge, this company moved from Muskego, WI to Oak Creek, WI and verbally agreed to refund the overcharge (more than 20 times, the owner, Jon Klebesadel promised to return the overcharge.) After many months of calling, he returned all but $50.00. I am still dissatified.
I've come to believe that this company moves often (in southeast Wisconsin) and preys on the elderly. Please beware.
