pep boys in irondeqouit ny ruined my car- i gave 815.00 worth of business to pepboys to change my tires and an oil change and they ruined by car, it will not start all the engine is gone, i will never ever go to pep boys again, they are not mechanics they are losers rochester New York

in feb of 2014 , i brought my car in for 4 new tires and oil change, i spent over 815.00 on everything , the car was working fine , then 2 weeks later the engine went out... due to oil change or something pep boys mechanic did to my car... I CALLED FOR HELP ,THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT DO ANYTHING, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE ANY ONE ELSE TO RUN ..... I ONLY HAD 40,000.00 MILES ON MY CAR ,,,,, HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN , I WILL ALWAYS HATE PEPBOYS FOR EVER

I understand that you believe Pep Boys caused harm to your car. Do you have any evidence to support your claim? Have you taken your car to another shop for an evaluation / second opinion and provided that information to Pep Boys?
While it is somewhat coincidental that your car suffered catastrophic failure 2 weeks after repair/service at Pep Boys, a lot can happen in 2 weeks. I once had the Pep Boys in Henrietta plug a screw hole in my tire.
Also, correct punctuation is great.

- What is this "or something" that they did to your car? Because unless you know something you are not posting you are going to have a very hard time proving that they are responsible for any damage that happened to your car 2 weeks later.
