I just got my credit card statement and I have been charged not only the $4.87 for postage on the "sample--- pay for postage only", but also for $74.76 for a product I didn't order and do not want.

One of the persons on this complaint log asked why we didn't stop shipment.
Just how are you going to stop shippment within 10 days (if that's what it said) if you can't get in touch with the company?

Performance Health USA I order a trial sample, only had to pay shipping and handling. I forgot to cancel so 14 days later I received another bottle and was charged over $79. I have tried to cancel but keeps telling me it is an invalid number. Then about a week later, they sent another bottle. When I received my credit card bill, I have been charged once for the sample, then again for the 14 days later and then again Orem Utah
