PETCO Free pet food scam Omaha, Nebraska

 Beware of the Petco P.A.L.S. program.  They keep track of how many bags of pet food you purchase, and after you have purchased 10 bags, they are supposed to mail you a coupon for a free bag.  Well, I earned my free bag of food over 4 months ago, and still have not received my coupon.  When I inquired about it in the store, the manager told me that he has no access to that information and that I should call the toll-free customer service number.  So I called, and the lady said that my coupon would be mailed in 2-3 weeks.  Three and a half weeks later, and still no coupon.  I will no longer be spending my money in this store.
