A Petra Novak sent me an e-mail after seeing my resume on Monster.com and wanted me to respond with a good number to reach me at. I replied with my cell phone number. The next day she e-mailed me again and with an offer of employment with CIEE, a legitimate non-profit company in Portland ME. She directed me to a link on the email with a four pages she wanted me to sign and fax to her with a copy of my drivers licence or State ID card saying that they were needed for a security check which was to take 1-2 days. After waiting now 3 days I googled her name and that company and found someone 6 hours ago reported the same scam.
