Petsmart vestal NY Bad customer service from employes and managers Vestal Internet

This "company" has the worst customer service they called last minute to move my appointment 30 minutes when I showed up at the place the said I was to late is ok for them to be overbooked but not for me to be 15 minutes late ,  Amanda the manager did nothing to help us she was lost in space nobody care about my time it took me over an hour to get to the place will not recommend after they suggested they might cut my puppy in a rush which was an exaggeration cause I wasn't rushing I had all day to wait for my puppy ...good for nothing hope they close it down soon cause is going to ruin petsmart reputation
