I order on NOV 11 and was approved and order number given. My dispatched to my address within 24 hours. It said take 2-3 week by airmail.

today DEC 7 and I still not received the product, My E-mail didn't get reply and phone always busy.

and now I can't even find their website. I have put a dispute calaim with my credit card company.
