Fredric M. Gold and Philip J. Dinhofer are the worst, most corrupt attorney's in New York!!! They should be in jail for tanking cases from people that retain their services, like they did to me!!! Both of them will drag out your lawsuit and hope the other attorney's will settle your case for peanuts! Or they will tank your case for a payoff and get your case dismissed on purpose! Do not trust these losers, they are corrupt and they make back room deals for themselves, then they will ruin your case! Find a lawfirm that will do their job and fight for you! Fred and Dinhofer know nothing about Railroad law, and they half a**everything they do!!! Stay away from these losers!!!
