I purchased stock in Phoenix Synergies as a startup venture a couple of years ago. I have tried multple times to get information on the progress of the company. I have left messages on their email board.Nothing in response. If anyone else would like to contact me that has been involved with this situation please do so . It looks like a joint complaint/suit in court may be necessary. (((REDACTED)))

He sold me 85 shares at 510.00 USD. Ive just learned they were fake shares. How do I get my money back? How do we start a class action lawsuit against this ripoff artist? Thanks and sorry to all of those who lost their money to him. Not cool at all.

People are saying he has been arrested but I have searched the Internet for his mugshot and I cannot find it. Mugshots are public records. Can anyone find it? If so please post link to view it.

I recieved a call from the Atty Generals office in Florida and was told that Don Smith has been arrested,gone to jail but was out on bail. The FBI,IRS etc has been investigating PSI for a year now. I do have a number to call for more information on the case but because it is late in the day I will call tomorrow, I will post here whatever I find out.
