Toyota charged higher interest rates on car loans to African Americans and Hispanics due to their race, according to the Class Action Lawsuit that was filed a while back. Toyota also agreed to settle the suit for a little over $10 Million.

Question: Why would Toyota settle if Toyota didn't do anything wrong?
