Pizzahut.com Ripoff Stole my money Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Online ordering
I ordered from pizzahut.com many times in the past. However the last time I did it my food never arrived. I figured that the order did not go through and didn't think anything more about it. Today I got my bank statement and found that they charged me for food that never arrived. Since I never signed my credit card slip or recieved my food I figured this has to be fraud.

I'm not going to go on record for sticking up for the hut but I will say most people will call after an hour of not getting an order.. If you where a first time caller, in most cases unless it's really swapped should have called..
As with any online ordering and using a CC, you should have checked your statement that day or the next day by looking it up online and/or calling the bank that holds the CC..
Side note:
Also LEAVE a working number where you can be reached.. Don't give a # to a cell phone that the Batt is dead or has problems..
Calling the bank CC holder and tell them about this will remove the charge from the account and force the company to respond...
