planet dish charged my credit card eventhough I did not go with Dish TV they continue to say they are refunding my card but they don't do what they say. $49.95 is still owed to me after talking with 4 different reps that say they will do it. I call back after several days and they say there is nothing noted as if I never spoke to anyone. than they say they will do it and its now 4 reps. that have lied
